The Tallent Group was created 5 years ago and has turned into a full service Real Estate team. In 2020 I took a leap of faith and decided to take my real estate class and get licensed. At the time I had a 1.5 year old and was pregnant with my second child. I was working a part time job making $15 a hour and knew with a second child on the way I needed to find a career to help support our growing family.

Within 1 month of being licensed I had my first listing agreement signed and closed on my first deal a few weeks later. Since 2020 , I’ve helped 100+ clients buy, sell, or invest in Middle Tennessee! I started The Tallent Group in 2021 which is a full service real estate team focused on making real estate simple for buyers, sellers, and investors.
